Cancellation Deadline
The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods, or when a third party you appointed (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the product.

Refund Process

- You will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return.
- Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
